Dr. Tom founded Full Circle Coaching and Consulting almost 25 years ago and is proud of the thousands of clients who are living more prosperous, fulfilling and authentic lives because of that choice.

Full Circle began as an answer to the many requests Tom got from other professionals and entreprepreneurs asking him to share how he built such an incredibly profitable business on a 25 hour work week while taking 10 to 12 weeks of holidays a year. The proprietary framework he created to manifest his version of a successful life is still at the core of every client’s game plan for success at Full Circle.

Tom married his high school sweetheart Shelley and together they have raised 5 talented and independent daughters who are now contributing their authentic gifts to the world in various ways. Tom’s many hobbies and interests are usually linked to his love of nature and the many many hours he spends there each year “playing” in the Creators cathedral.
